Description: In the future, a race of sentient spacefaring frogs keeps to themselves in the corner of the galaxy. Their greatest and only-est defence: a bloodline of princess-pilots trained from birth in the art of space combat.
You are one such princess. The Klurxons, a ruthless bug-like race, prepares to invade from deep space, and they’ve got your prince. It’s up to you to rescue him and crush the massive invasion before it’s too late. Just you, your fighter ship, a few inept SpaceFrog allies, and whatever poor Klurxon suckers are dumb enough to get in your way.
Review: I have to say ‘SpaceFrog VR’ is not an easy game to describe and an even harder game to categorise. Even the little story at the start of the game is as weird as they come! But if you have to nail it down this is a shooter, with space shooter elements. So you will be shooting or punching as well as dodging all the various things flying towards you, there is even some boss fights to battle! Sadly there really isn’t a whole lot of content here and even the small price of £3.99 will seem a tad too much. The good news is I do feel it is worth a look if you can get it in a sale as the game does have a certain charm and fun wackiness about it, just be prepared for a trip on the weird side of things.
