Description: Historical Recreation of the Boise Natatorium and White City Amusement Park. The application is a narrated tour through the Natatorium and the White City Amusement park that was located in Boise, Idaho. The 3d models were recreated from photos and stories from the Idaho State Archives and the Idaho Statesman Archives.
Review: While I didn’t have any interesting in the ‘Boise Historic Natatorium’ (I have never heard of it before today) I still found this virtual tour of the place and its history to be rather interesting. There are some great facts, some nice narration and while the graphics are a little basic they sufficed to give me a good idea of what the building looked like in real life. This is not going to be for everyone’s tastes that is for sure, but for a freebie, I think it is worth a look, even if (like myself) you have never heard of the place before.
