Review: I’m sure that when it was released ‘Vox Machinae’ was a stunning game. Even now it looks amazing and feels great to play with pretty straightforward controls to keep things fun and simple. So what has changed? It is the lack of other online players. Sure, there is an offline mode with bots, but there is no way I could ever recommend this game at its current £19.49 price. It might be worth a fraction of that price given the single-player mode, but there is no story, no real difference between single-player and multiplayer. For the right price, this could be worth a look, but with so little online action I believe it is better to wait for a sale price.
