Description: It is the first museum in the world from where you can set out for a trip to ancient times. It’s the only occasion to admire ancient buildings, search through Egyptian temples, see under your eyes the beauty of Japan and feel the atmosphere of an ancient temple in India.
Review: Ancient Journey VR is a virtual museum featuring almost 60 works of art from museums from all over the world and placed in a rather nice setting. The first problem you will notice is that the 3D recreations are not the best at all, in fact, I have seen far better in many free educational apps. So while the scans are not the best the rest of this experience is worth a look. The 3 exhibit areas all look nice and there is even a little bit of educational narration. My main problems with this app are the lack of information and educational material making the app not worthwhile for a school to download it and the game is too high-priced for someone to casually view the virtual museum. So, yeah, it is worth a look, but do try and get it in a sale…a really good sale.
