Description: Welcome to the world of fairy tales! “CUBIANS rescue princess” is a game where you control Cubians using magical drums. Jump over and avoid the obstacles and take Cubians to the destination. You can explore the cute voxel-style characters and their fairy tale world through VR. Wizards can explore the fairy tale world using magic. Dr.Plague, who lived alone in a horror fairy tale book that no one wanted, found out about the magic of fairy tale book travelling. Dr.Plague came out of his fairy tale world and travelled to other fairy tales using this magic. One day, Dr.Plague found a prince and a princess who looked very happy. Seeing them, jealous Dr.Plague kidnapped the princess and fled to the world of other fairy tales. We need to bring the princess back in order to keep the order of fairy tale books. Help the princess return to her original storybook world.
Review: Cubians: Rescue Princess is an action game in which you pick a “Cubian” (who is a small, Minecraft style character) and you go on an adventure which consists of taking down a giant voxel cube monster with a gun. But before you get to that point you need to get there and you do so via a weird control method which sees you banging drums with arrows on to match the direction you want your “Cubians” to go. It’s weird, it’s shallow and there isn’t much in the way of gameplay nor content and the graphics are Minecraft in style (so not very good). If this game was just a quid it might be worth a look, but I certainly wouldn’t pay much more than that. It’s not a terrible game I suppose, but its nothing to rave about neither.
