By offering unique stories, levels, and a sense of humour all its own, Knights of the Drowned Table is a refreshing take on the genre. Join your friends as you relive outlandish tales told by the locals of the tavern. Begin your journey by bringing local patrons at the tavern a drink and relive their epic tales! Choose to fight your way to glory in player verse player battles, or perhaps you’d rather conquer large and legendary beasts with your friends. There is no doubt the multiple game modes and unique hand-crafted levels will keep you coming back for more.
Review: It seems there were some grand ideas with ‘Knights of the Drowned Table’ that didn’t quite bear fruit. It was supposed to be some online multiplayer action-fest with some nice melee action. From the moment you start in the menu you have high hopes for the game and the voice acting and character design is well done. But the moment you start playing the game all those hopes get shot down. From the terrible weapons handling to the zero threat of death. There are many negative things that go together to make any action in the game feel empty and pointless. For me to recommend this it would need some SERIOUS updates (which I don’t see coming). So, for now, I would leave this one on the shelf.
