A Writer And His Daughter is a story exploration game. The game takes place in two interwoven worlds: reality and a fairy tale. Embark on a journey through both worlds and find out how and why they are connected. The game is the first part of a trilogy.
Review: A Writer And His Daughter is supposed to be a multi-part adventure/puzzle room game of sorts in which you enter a storybook and become part of a rather creepy storyline. I feel it is important to note that there are no more parts coming nor made, so this really is all you will ever get. The good news is for just £1.69 you get a game that does last for a good few hours and will draw you into its story. Sure, it will leave you on a cliffhanger with no more to come, but it’s still worth playing and dare I say it looks pretty good. I feel you get your money’s worth here, but to bear in mind that you don’t pay much for it in the first place.
