Review: While Dead Effect 2 VR is little more than a first-person zombie shooter it is easily one of the largest and most polished shooters you will find in the Steam store. But what surprised me most is that this game wasn’t originally made for VR! Unless I read that it wasn’t I would not have guessed, it is that good a VR port. The graphics look amazing as is the range of guns and other weapons at your disposal. This game goes all out to be as action-packed as it can and it succeeds. And if all that wasn’t good enough this games single-player campaign will last you 20 hours plus easily. You might think £19.49 is a lot, but it really is worth every penny from start to finish. If you like your shooters, this is a must-play.
