Review: It has to be said ‘The Stone’ is an odd collection of genres that leaves you never really knowing what type of game it is. There are puzzle parts, shooting parts and some non-interactive parts! While it looks pretty good and features some good quality voice acting the game itself is what fails it. From start to finish it just feels boring and the constant changing of game genres only leaves you feeling confused and a little bored. The shooting parts are particularly bad and all those things put together means I just can’t recommend this game for the £10.29 asking price. But if you can grab it for a few quid or less you might be able to forgive the poor quality gameplay.
