Description: VR Chop and Drop is an experimental VIVE Serious Game that is free to play! Take on the job of a line worker removing troublesome trees! Get out your chainsaw and use your control levers to manoeuvre the utility bucket in all directions, but watch your head! When you reach a branch, get sawing! Each log dropped gives you points. Cut them safely and efficiently for the highest scores!
The game contains two modes, timed and Freeplay. In timed play, you have 4 minutes to cut as many logs as you can. Enter your name on a local leaderboard when you finish! Review: Have you ever wanted to be a powerline worker with your own cherry picker vehicle? If you have you are in luck because ‘Chop and Drop VR’ puts you in those shoes and tasks you with removing some trees that are threatening the powerline so you need to cut them down. There are two game modes one is timed and the other gives you all the time you want. You get to use the cherry picker, use a chainsaw and there is even point to make sure you do your best. Look, at the end of the day this is a free experience and someone will have fun playing it. I personally didn’t but it’s not a terrible app, in fact, it looks pretty good.
