Description: War Robots VR: The Skirmish is a short, but highly immersive teaser-shooter in the universe of the War Robots franchise. Experience the dark atmosphere of a global never-ending war combined with the feeling of sitting in the cockpit of a giant robot, ready for anything that lies ahead. Take full control of your armed and dangerous robot and find out what brought you and your squadmate to a city torn by endless battles.
Review: You know a game or app is impressive when you end the game feeling confused as to why it is free! War Robots VR: The Skirmish is one of those games and while it isn’t the most amazing giant robot/mech game there is no need for it to be free, but I am grateful for it being so. Playing this game with a gamepad was pure joy as was moving about freely in my mech. OK, so there isn’t a whole lot of content here, but what there is looks good, feels amazing to play and really immerses you if only for a short while. My only complaint is that this isn’t just a demo for a full-game as I would have loved it.
