Description: One evening, a seaside town was attacked by a major earthquake, with the building collapsing and serious casualties. A few hours later, the earthquake-triggered tsunami swept the small town. Ground rescue measures suffered from devastating blows. The masses can only hide in the high or get to the rooftop, waiting for the helicopter rescue team.
“SURVIVOR VR” game scenario is a ramshackle building surviving the earthquake. The player will play the role of a struggling survivor. He will use VR game equipment to complete a series of specific actions in order to avoid danger from each checkpoint until eventually escape the building.
Review: I kind of get where they were going with ‘Survivor VR’. This action-based “survival” game doesn’t require much survival at all. It is more push that, press this, sort of thing rather than any real battle for life. While graphically it isn’t terrible it is the gameplay (or the lack of it) that puts me off recommending this game. Everything just feels so lame, from the fire scene to the things dropping off the ceiling in the Earthquake, it just feels so fake. I don’t expect a lot when a game only costs £5.59, but I do expect a lot more than this game gives me. If you grabbed this for a quid or less you might enjoy this short experience, but paying any more than that will leave you feeling ripped off.
