Review: Given their lacklustre results with the Google Daydream platform it is weird how Google always seem to make some of the best creation and art programs for VR! It’s like, they get VR and understand it, but can’t quite get into the market with it. Putting failure aside ‘Blocks by Google is far from a failure and is a 3D creation tool for dummies. When I say dummies, I don’t mean it in a bad way. I mean even people like myself with zero creative skills can make rudimentary shapes and designs in 3D without a 5-year university degree. But it is important to recognise that it is free so while it doesn’t have hardly any of the tools a professional 3D program would have it is perfect for newbies like myself.
