Description: Armor Clash II is an old-school RTS game, with classic features like base building, modern armours and navies etc. 2 factions and sub-factions for each one, from high tech stealth destroyers to hardcore battleships. In Skirmishes, players build a base from the start, while in the Random Generated Mission, fast paced combats start immediately. Local network multiplayers are also available, players can fight each other or co-op against AI.
Review: You know by now that I love my strategy games and the good news is Armor Clash II – VR is pretty impressive. Sure it needs a lot more work doing to it, but even now the potential is there. You get to command troops, tanks, planes, helicopters and even ships. In fact, you name it you can get control of it here and use it at your disposal (provided you have built the production plant in the first place). While not amazing looking it still look OK with some great skirmish scenes if you go right up close to it. But it is the annoying little things that let this game down. There are bugs just about everywhere and there is only LAN multiplayer no online as of yet. Also, the VR element might be free, but you need to pay £6.99 for Armor Clash II as VR is just an add-on. So is it worth a look? I would have to say it is, but do grab it in a sale. If you can get this for a quid or so you will look past its annoyances and enjoy it.
