Description: John Wick Chronicles is an immersive first-person-shooter game built from the ground up for virtual reality. Players have the chance to explore the iconic Continental Hotel and are tasked with assassinating seemingly impossible targets that only John Wick himself could handle.
Review: Given how many games there are in the shooter genre of VR you might expect a big franchise like ‘John Wick to come along and be the best shooter there is. But sadly it falls well short of the mark you would expect and very short of offering value for money. This…”game” is £14.99 and that works out to about £7.50 per hour of gameplay! Sure, it looks nice at times and the action is manic keeping in that John Wick style, but there is one one voice actor from the original films and nothing here that will blow you away. I just feel this was a wasted opportunity form a franchise that should have been a VR must-have.
