Review: Astral Domine isn’t half as bad as many of the Steam reviews seem to suggest. In fact, for the price, I had at least a few hours of fun inside its alien-looking world. I do get the feeling that the game isn’t quite what the developer wanted to make as the game has a grand, open-world adventure feel to it, then becomes some sort of interactive experience making you feel a little let down that it isn’t what you might have thought it was. But even then I do think this is worth a look for something different. Yeah, it’s not perfect, but for the low price of £1.99 you shouldn’t be expecting a lot!
